As a responsible operator, My Fast Ferry has taken a number of additional measures to keep our ferry services as safe as possible for our guests.

Face Masks

Face masks are compulsory on public transport from 5pm on the 6th of May 2021.

Physical Distancing

You’ll see distinctive green dots onboard our vessels and wharves. They are there to show you the safest places to sit and stand.

Cashless Bar

My Fast Ferry services operate a cashless bar onboard each vessel. Payments can be made contact-less with EFTPOS and Credit Cards.

No Paper Tickets

My Fast Ferry will no longer be selling return tickets between Manly and Circular Quay.

Customers may purchase single tickets via Smartcard, Opalpay or credit card.

Additional Cleaning

All high-touch surfaces will be disinfected before and after each service.

Additionally regular deep cleans are carried out at our wharves and on all vessels via professional service providers.
